Do you schedule a time and date for appointments?
We make appointments only for certain scenarios based on access issues or urgency. Normally our technicians group all incoming testing in areas to reduce drive time and will generally work on a 2 week window. We ALWAYS guarantee testing is completed by the compliance due date.

Do you submit compliance reports for every water purveyor?
Yes, we submit your compliance reports to the specified water purveyor on the same day the testing is completed. You will receive a copy of the report for your records along with your invoice.

How do you help with past due backflow testing?
If you have passed your compliance due date, we will promtply communicate with the water company personnel at the backflow department to ensure your water service will not be interrupted. We will get your testing completed ASAP.

How do I know that you received my request for testing?
We promplty respond to every email to ensure proper communication. If for whatever reason you have not received communication, please send a follow-up or call us.
The most efficient way to get on our schedule is to email us your letter from the water company.

My backflow assembly needs replaced - HELP!
If your backflow has been damaged by extreme weather, age, impact, or has been stolen. We now offer replacement services. We will send out our specialized technicain to gather all the infomation so we can get you an estimate. All estimates are based on each site's requirements.
